Vietnamese-German singer Vee (any pronouns) has been vibing as the artist veenus* in their own pop genre „Dreamy R&Vee'' since 2018. With synthies, dancy beats, English (partly Vietnamese) lyrics & a dramatic portion of melancholy, her songs are produced by Berlin-based producer boats (Tropikel Ltd., Wolfgang Tilmanns). In summer 2022 the singer presents her sound cosmos for the first time with the EP "PLANET V", created in the Kreuzberg Trixx Studios, which has been a musical home to Miguel, Billie Eilish and many more.
Vee aka veenus* uses her voice not only musically but also politically: besides proudly reinterpreting and representing Vietnamese traditions, she deals with the facets as a BiPOC FLINTA* person and the discrimination experiences that come along with it.
