Till Görgen has been a cultural manager in the Aachen city region since 2018 and supports young musicians on their way to professionalisation. He also works independently for festivals and socio-cultural projects in production and is involved in cultural policy in NRW with the non-profit association Musiknetzwerk Aachen e.V., which he founded. Motivated by the belief in a sustainable music industry that uses its platforms to initiate social change, Till has been active with Music Declares Emergency in Germany since 2021 and implements issues of environmental and social sustainability in the regional event industry.
