For over a decade Sönke has been booking tours for bands like: Men I Trust, Alice Phoebe Lou or Sticky Fingers and takes care of the implementation and program planning of the Way Back When Festival. In his role as Head of People & Culture since 2022, he is also responsible for the human resources of the company, which celebrated its 60th anniversary last year and is considered the largest independent concert agency in Germany.
