Rike van Kleef is a booker and organiser. She has been a permanent part of the Audiolith team since the beginning of 2022. In recent years, she has also been responsible for and implemented numerous online marketing and social media management campaigns for booking agencies, labels, promoters and artists. As co-founder of fæmm, a queerfeminist initiative that advocates for gender equality in the music industry, she moderates the radio show fæmm fm, as well as panels and events.

fæmmfæmm is a queerfeminist initiative with an intersectional approach that campaigns for gender justice and anti-discrimination work in the music industry. We do this, for example, through various online and media formats, events and panels. It is also important for us to offer a platform to FLINTA's who work in front of, behind and on stage.
