Riccardo Vaccaro studied business psychology with a focus on media psychology (M.Sc.) in Cologne. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at WDR in the science editorial department for the TV program Quarks. In 2021, he wrote his master's thesis and conducted research on the topic of "Influence of parasocial interaction and relationship on the perceived credibility of TV science presenters using the example of Quarks".Since 2021, the Cologne native has been working at Quarks(WDR) and is active as a presenter and online producer for the social networks Instagram and TikTok.In addition, he is in front of the camera as an on-reporter Quarks and other formats.
