Pierrot Raschdorff, born 1981, is Senior Director Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at BMG. He is also a non-fiction author and speaker. His most recent book was "Schwarz. Red. Us. How Diversity Makes Us Richer. Pierrot Raschdorff holds a degree in political science and is a certified mediator. He lives with his family in Munich.
