Nils Nagel works as a project manager for the Roskilde Festival-group and is primarily engaged in Roskilde Festival’s philanthropic initiatives and NGO collaborations. Nils is Roskilde Festival’s PM for the ERASMUS+-funded FUSION project exploring the potential of festivals as platforms for social innovation. At Roskilde Festival’s new conference and knowledge festival GRASP, Nils leads the the global development programme organised in collaboration with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His recent key topics are youth engagement, inclusion, and social innovation. Nils has been educated at Copenhagen Business School and Roskilde University.
