Louisa Halter [LILOU] is an artist, songwriter, cultural manager & activist from Cologne. She has been playing concerts nationwide under her stage name LILOU since 2010, studied composition at Folkwang UdK Essen and is currently in the final stages of her Masters in Culture & Media Management, which she is completing at HfMT Hamburg and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.

In addition to her diverse activities as a freelancer, she is a board member of the musicNRWwomen* association and is committed to gender equality and the visibility of women and women-read people in the music industry.
