Johanna Bauhus, label boss, musician, manager, event organiser, expert for awareness concepts and product designer, founded Ladies&Ladys Label in 2016, the "first officially sexist music label in the world". Since then, she and her team have been fighting against sexism in the music industry. Because of Ladies&Ladys' clear set of values and high social transformational power, they were awarded "Kultur&Kreativpilot*innen 2022" by the German government.

Along the way, in 2019 she co-founded "Safe The Dance", an awareness, diversity and inclusion agency that gives workshops and organises events on "safer spaces". She achieved great media coverage in 2022 with the project "Cock Am Ring", a charity sampler + two-day festival, which she realised together with the band Kochkraft through KMA. For this, she was able to win Minister of State for Culture Claudia Roth as patron. Her hobbies are: Playing bass in "Wenn einer lügt dann wir" (and of course working on her big breakthrough).
