Benjamin Lambert studied economics and philosophy in Munich. His passion for music brought him first to artist management and finally to GEMA in 2015, initially as an analyst and expert for the operational licensing processes. In the meantime, he is responsible for the E2E process of the setlist in the live area (from the online portal to distribution) and leads numerous digitisation and automation projects as a product owner.

In his private life, Benjamin Lambert is also strongly committed to music: he sang in several choirs and founded an orchestra, he also writes songs and published a children's songbook in 2021.
