Anna Groß is a project officer at the MaLisa Foundation in Berlin, runs the Springstoff label, writes about hip hop in youth work and organizes events with a fem* focus.

Since its founding in 2016, the MaLisaStiftung has been working to promote social diversity and overcome restrictive role models in media and culture, with a focus on gender representation in audiovisual media and music. For its research "Gender in Music -Charts, Works and Festival Stages", theMaLisa Foundation, in cooperation with GEMA and Music S Women*, has examined the gender distribution in the charts, GEMA's work registrations and on festival stages since 2010. The results reveal a clear imbalance.
