Alexandre Milhomme is head of National Partnerships at pass Culture since 2020. He is in charge of supporting digital actors, national cultural networks and national professional organisations that are registered on the pass Culture.

The pass Culture is a french cultural policy programme that funds cultural activities for young people. Teenagers aged between 15 and 20 can use our app to book museum trips, festival tickets, movies, instruments, art classes... It was launched in 2021, and now has around 2.7 million young users and 20K+ cultural partners around the country. The pass Culture's main goals are to amplify the youths' existing cultural practices, and to nudge them towards new experiences.
