Born in Leipzig in 1981, Alex Pagel has been working in the music and culture industry for more than twenty years, mainly as an independent project manager and cultural coordinator for companies, initiatives and musicians.

She organised numerous events and curated various event formats, such as the festival and the music fair (Pop Up in Leipzig. In 2022, she also celebrated her 20th anniversary as a club DJ and music entertainer. At KREATIVES SACHSEN, she has been advising, networking and supporting the Saxon music industry in its concerns and needs since October 2021 and heads the programme Branchenfokus POP within the KREATIVES SACHSEN project.
