In K-Pop, alternative product models have emerged to carry music while retaining the physical object as a decorative item or souvenirs. The industry's success highlights the need for a comprehensive approach that bridges the gap between tangible and digital preferences.

The South Korean music industry achieved a historic milestone last year, with annual domestic album sales surpassing 100 million copies. Notably, 29 albums made history by selling over 1 million copies within their first week, showcasing the passionate support of fans worldwide for K-pop products.

The sales strategy thrives on widespread pre-sales and speculative bundle sales. Albums often offer chances to win tickets or band photos, encouraging fans to buy multiple copies, fostering a stronger artist-fan connection. The success is attributed to diverse, uniquely crafted yet cost-effective product formats, combining physical and digital releases.

Can these products also be adopted for our market, and is there the future in it? Our experts will answer these and other questions, provide an insight into the product range and explain manufacturing processes.
