Club culture is undergoing a dynamic transformation that is characterised by a variety of challenges and opportunities. In our talk "Pulse of the Night: Change in Club Culture" at the c/o pop Convention 2024, we will be discussing key aspects that are shaping this change with outstanding experts from NRW. The search for the young, talented workforce of tomorrow is also a particular focus in the live industry: how can the club scene actively promote young talent? We look at innovative club projects and mentoring programmes that support young talents and offer them a platform to develop, as well as the problem of a lack of rooms and premises that hinder the development of club culture. We explore how this shortage can be counteracted and what opportunities are available to establish new clubs. We take a look at curatorial programmes that keep their finger on the pulse of the times and keep club culture alive.club culture stands for variety and diversity.
