MUSIC PEOPLE will be the new community for all people working in the music industry. The programme at the c/o pop Convention will shed light on urgent questions about working in the music industry and is intended to inspire new members of the industry and inform experienced colleagues with personnel responsibility about the current challenges facing their colleagues on the podium. Moderated by Tilmann Köllner and Tina Krüger, the personal careers of selected industry heads will be highlighted and the latest challenges and findings in personnel management in the music industry will be discussed. At the subsequent MUSIC PEOPLE MARGARITAS reception, the community will celebrate its official launch in the heart of the c/o pop Convention.
