AI and music rights: legal and creative dimensions in music production

The workshop provides an overview of the legal classification of AI-supported music productions and discusses the legal framework associated with the use of such technologies. In particular, questions of copyright, licensing and intellectual property rights will be discussed in the context of the generation, manipulation and distribution of AI-generated music.
