Verena originally studied medicine before listening to her gut instinct and turning to the music industry and studying media and music management. In 2011, she founded Dunstan Music (artist management, music publishing) and Dunstan Media (online music marketing) with Nicolaj Gruzdov. Her daily business includes music marketing, music publishing and artist management. As a mentor in various programs (e.g. Keychange, MEWEM, Zukunftsmusik) she always shares her experiences with the next generation. Since 2021, she has also been a board member of the VUT (Association of Independent Music Companies)
