Till Görgen has been a cultural manager in the Aachen city region since 2018 and supports young musicians on their way to professionalization. He also works independently for festivals and socio-cultural projects and is involved in cultural policy in NRW with the non-profit association Musiknetzwerk Aachen e.V., which he founded. Motivated by the belief in a sustainable music industry that uses its platforms to initiate social change, Till has been active at Music Declares Emergency in Germany since 2021 and implements topics of ecological & social sustainability in the regional event industry.
