Working as a theater maker in the music industry? Yes, that's exactly what Rixa has been doing since 2021, working freelance under the label rim.ska as a concert designer, production manager, director and networker. As the daughter of a music producer, she discovered her passion for live music at an early age and got to know the music industry in all its facets. She works as a product manager and realizes her vision: to build a sustainable music industry that supports and promotes artists in the long term and uses interdisciplinary methods in her work to create individual and innovative concerts. She gives artists and projects a framework - creative, at eye level and structured. To this end, she travels throughout Germany, primarily for pop offices (including popRLP, pobastion Ulm, Popoffice Bremen) and institutions that support newcomer acts.
