Ralph Christoph
Ralph H. Christoph is one of the founders of the c/o pop Festival and Director of the associated c/o pop Convention in Cologne. The former journalist and editor (including SPEX - Das Magazin für Popkultur) was program director of the c/o pop Festival from 2004 to 2007. He was then responsible for international relations and the strategic direction of the overall c/o pop brand.
In 2014, he took over the management of the c/o pop Convention. From 2013 - 2016, he was also responsible for the INTERACTIVE Festival program. He has initiated and managed numerous projects for various partners and institutions, including in India, China, Brazil and Colombia.
In 1998, he founded the agency BÜRO WASSERDICHT, where he looked after the artists of the KOMPAKT labels and opened the Cologne club STUDIO 672. He has also published and translated various books and book contributions, including “Neue Soundtracks für den Volksempfänger - Nazirock, Jugendkultur und rechter Mainstream” (Edition ID-Archiv, 1993) and Fab 5 Freddy “Fresh Fly Flavour” (Eichborn Verlag, 1995). As “Transformation Manager for Sustainable Culture”, he managed the c/o pop's common good accounting process.
