Norbert Oberhaus is the founder and managing director of Cologne on pop GmbH and thus the organiser of the "c/o pop Festival" and the "c/o pop Convention" in Cologne. He has been working as a cultural manager and concert promoter since the early 1990s and runs the agency "Oberhaus Kulturmanagement".
