Maximilian Schlichter has been the popular music representative of the Bavarian district of Swabia and spokesperson for the popular music representatives of the Bavarian districts since October 2020. Thanks to his many years of experience as a professional musician, he is an important contact for the music scene and cultural policy in the Augsburg and Swabia region in all matters relating to pop music. In line with the principle of ‘culture for all’, inclusion and equal opportunities are a high priority in his work. He initiated the first ‘Festival Study Swabia’ to specifically analyse the accessibility of festivals in the district of Swabia.
