Dominique Banditt studied Musicology, Media and Cultural Studies at the Humboldt-University of Berlin. She then completed her studies in Digital Media Law & Management with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf/ University of Potsdam. Dominique Banditt has been working for Bosworth Music GmbH since 2010. After extensive experience in the licensing sector, she has been working there as Business & Legal Affairs Manager since 2022.

Dominique Banditt is a member of the Stage and Media Commission of the Association of German Stage and Media Publishers (VDB).

Together with Eva Pyko, Dominique Banditt is Managing Director of the music publisher Random Musick Publishing GmbH, founded in 2023.
