In a discussion, artists, politicians and representatives of the funding institutions take stock of the concrete benefits of the NEUSTART-KULTUR funding programs — from grants to project funding.

Where do we stand? Which programs have worked well, or do they need to be sharpened again? In addition, a joint look ahead will be taken and it will be questioned whether and how the NEUSTART CULTURE programs should be continued.
