Access to international markets is a major challenge for many musicians and music entrepreneurs, especially in the early stages of their careers and business development. At the same time, income from abroad can be an important financial pillar from a global perspective - especially with regard to niche markets. Does the export business still function in the classic label/distribution pattern or have digital service providers taken over this business? What role do streaming services play in this? Are there existing networking opportunities and how do I open up sustainable foreign business for my artists?
