Mazlum Nergiz writes plays, short stories and essays. Excessive, interwoven reflections on the emotional language of images and documents often form the basis of his collaborative works, which move at the interface between theater, radio play, and video. In 2021, the Schauspielhaus Wien has awarded him the Hans Gratzer Fellowship, combined with a world premiere of his play COMA in January 2022.
