In the podcast "Die Nachbarn" (The Neighbours), journalists Linn Schütze and Leonie Bartsch set out on the trail of an old criminal case. In the night of 16 to 17 April 2009, the Toll couple was shot dead in their terraced house in Babenhausen, Hesse. Their 37-year-old daughter survived the night seriously injured. In 2011, the neighbour Andreas Darsow was arrested for the crime and has been in prison ever since. He claims he is innocent. Linn Schütze and Leonie Bartsch get to the bottom of the question of guilt and, together with experts, take a closer look at the evidence that led to Andreas Darsow's conviction. In their search for clues, the journalists also find new witnesses and clues. These shed new light on the criminal case that was closed long ago. In the end, the big question is: is the wrong man in prison?
