Verena is a music manager, music publisher and social media marketing expert. Together with Nicolaj Gruzdov, she initially founded a record label called Dunstan Music in 2011. Today, Dunstan Music also includes a music management agency, a music publishing company and a digital marketing agency
for music & entertainment (Dunstan Media). As a mentor at MEWEM, Zukunftsmusik and Keychange, among others, as well as a lecturer at various media/music colleges, Verena shares her experience with the next generation. Since 2021, she has also been a board member of the VUT (Verband unabhängiger Musikunternehmer*innen e.V.).
